These faces are from this book we like to read together.

Okay, tell me if you get bored of these, but I personally think there is nothing cuter than a two-year-old singing ABC's and such, except maybe 2 two-year-olds and an adorable teacher.

Ok, hope it's okay that I share this, but my friend Sophia came over the other day, and we had a really fun day of playing by the fountain, Anderson putting on Mabel's shoes and Frances teaching both of them yoga. This is the one measly picture I have and Sophia is clearly a much better photographer than I am, so here is a link to her great pics of that day.

Mabel and baby Luxe again. Man she loves that kid! Here she is trying to be a baby again. Fat chance, Mabel!

And of course I always love those moments when Mabel quietly amuses herself by reading herself a story. She knows this one by heart!

Well I wish I had better footage of this one too, but this is from a day we visited John's friend Gary and his adorable twins. Mabel was in rare form that day and running around and acting crazy. Of course this was terribly amusing to the bigger kids.

Drawing with Frances - Mabel has gotten quite talented, just like her big sis. She especially likes drawing Mamegoma





Literary Mabel: Mabel has always been an avid reader. Lately, she has been showing more interest in adult books. Often if we go to a book store, she prefers to "read" an adult book to herself, rather than kids picture books. As we finally unpacked our books, here is the selection Mabel chose, notice it includes Dostoyevsky,Borges, Shakespeare and Camus. We were quite impressed.
